Class Schedule:
Classes are held downtown in the basement studio of the Emporium Center for Arts and Culture (Jackson Ave. & Gay St.; please enter from alleyway behind building on NE corner):
* Tuesday 6-8 pm: Regular Class with Contra-mestre Avestruz.
* Thursday 6-7:30 pm: Student-led Conditioning Class.
Class Rates:
FREE — 1st Trial class
$50 — Monthly rate for unlimited classes
$12 — Drop-in rate per class

Next Beginners session starts May, 7th, 2013!
Ever wanted to start capoeira with other beginners? Now is the time! A Beginners-only class is the best way to start. The session lasts 15 weeks, until mid-August, 2013. After completing the first session, students can enter regular classes, which follow the beginners’ class.
Cost: $140, includes free T-shirt (while supplies last!)
Times: Tuesday/Thursday 6-7:15 pm. (Advanced class follows the beginners class)
Where: Emporium basement, corner of Jackson and Gay
What to wear: loose pants, T-shirt, no shoes
Teacher: Contramestre Avestruz and experienced students
